Privacy Notice
Pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, GUNA S.p.a., as the data controller, informs you that the processing of your personal data, such as identification data (name, surname, VAT number, tax code) and contact details (address, telephone number, email), will be carried out for the following purposes:
- Inclusion in the GUNA database and subsequent contact by the GUNA pharmaceutical scientific information officer or the GUNA commercial scientific consultant for organizing visits related to the respective activities of pharmaceutical scientific information and commercial scientific consultancy.
- Direct marketing activities by GUNA S.p.a. (information and promotional communications related to the conduct of educational initiatives, workshops, and/or seminars of scientific content proposed and/or organized by GUNA S.p.a. and scientific documents relating to all GUNA S.p.a. listed products);
- Profiling activities of your interests and preferences in order to offer you a better service. The provision of identification data in relation to the purposes referred to in points b) and c) is optional and will be subject to specific consent.
The data may be communicated to authorized subjects for processing or to those for whom current legislation requires communication.
The processing will be carried out with both paper and electronic tools. The data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months for the purposes b) and c) indicated above.
You have the right to exercise all the rights provided by Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and Art. 7 par. 3 (withdrawal of consent). At any time, the data subject may lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority – the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
