Study on 24 patients with grade 1-3 hip OA on the KL scale. Ultrasound-guided infiltrative treatment with MD-HIP showed a reduction in pain (VAS scale and Lequesne index) and lower NSAID consumption. The collagen-based infiltrative therapy proved effective and safe for managing hip OA. Benefits were present from the first infiltrations, and results lasted for 24 months, with a cycle repetition after 6 months.
